1. Agreement to terms
By creating a Review Hike account or using our website, software, or services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.
2. Who can use Review Hike
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of the business you represent. You're responsible for anyone you invite to your account.
3. Your account
Keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Send review requests to people who haven't opted in or aren't your customers.
- Offer incentives in exchange for reviews or otherwise violate Google's review policies.
- Upload contact lists you don't have permission to message.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or copy the Services.
- Use the Services for anything unlawful, misleading, or harmful.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the Services or put Google's review program at risk.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices displayed in CAD are converted at a 1.4× rate for reference — your card is charged in the currency shown at checkout.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel any time from your account settings. Your plan stays active through the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again.
7. Your content and data
You own the customer lists and content you upload. You grant Review Hike a limited license to use that data solely to operate the Services on your behalf. See our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Third-party services
Review Hike connects to third-party platforms (Google Business Profile, your CRM, SMS/ email providers). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
9. Availability and changes
We work hard to keep the Services running, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update or change features from time to time.
10. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is." We don't guarantee a specific number of reviews, search ranking, or business outcome. Results depend on many factors outside our control.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Review Hike is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or in-app. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
